And the depressed moms often had issues with low iron, low thyroid, low b vitamins, low vitamin d, etc…..And regular check ups will tout that they are in good health because women’s health is often ignored. Women bleed once a month…. And some women bleed too much. There should be for women regular checks on ferritin and iron levels as well as hormones. These things can get so out of whack very easily and the women don’t realize it’s a lack of nutrients causing their fatigue/depression. Anxiety and depression is a symptom of anemia, instead the doctors go straight for anti-depressants/anti-anxiety drugs. It’s shameful. And all of this destruction could be thwarted.

This is why it's so important to socialize babies from the moment they're born. There's no such thing in my belief, as too much interaction with mother or father or any loving parental figure. It's all vital for their development. The more you stimulate their brains through interaction, the healthier and more well-socialized they're going to be later in life and even smarter, I believe.

I sometimes enjoy smiling at babies and young kids being ignored, when out shopping. They laugh and think we're playing- then I stare hard and go blank. They start getting uncomfortable and then scared and start crying.. which gets their parents' attention, funny to see them try work out why their kid is suddenly so terrified 😂
